Any serious list that intends to chronicle objects of beauty is bound to mention the Italians. From art, to food, architecture and, of course, automobiles, Italy has no doubt influenced how we see the world. The curators at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles recognize this and have once again chosen to spotlight Italian design in a year-long exhibition.
Sculpture in Motion: Masterpieces of Italian Design opens February 25th and runs through February 3, 2013. On display will be some of the most beautiful, rare and strange creations to ever grace the roads. Throughout the year, cars will be rotated through the exhibit and include:
