Is This the First F10 BMW M5 Crash?

 BMW_M5_F10_Crash-3.jpg

Even with its sophisticated traction control and supercomputer powers, the new BMW M5 isn't crash proof. Part of that probably has to do with the 560 horsepower twin-turbo V8.

Part of it also has to do with unfamiliarity. This car was crashed during a dealer demonstration in the Netherlands. This one looks salvageable and there's no damage to the passenger compartment so we're assuming everyone walked away from this one just fine.

Ugh, what a shame.
To quote a scene from Miami Vice, "It's 100 grand worth of machine, don't scratch it"!

BMW's gotta lose the chrome fender vents. Unless going for the 90k Ford Taurus look is what they were aiming at.

@wjtinatl:

IIRC BMW was the first company to put those vents on their M cars. Should they also get rid of the angel eyes just because other people are copying them?
