There's nothing quite like a homologation special to get our pulse racing. The normal Jaguar XJ220 is one of the slickest supercars ever -- even with a V6 -- but when you ditch the aluminum body for a carbon fiber (which drops the weight to 2,379) one with an aggressive splitter and adjustable spoiler, then tweak the 3.5-liter V6 to 680 horsepower all in the name of justifying a race car, suddenly it gets a whole lot cooler. The car has a five-speed manual transmission, four-wheel independent suspension and four-wheel disc brakes.
The auction estimate for this one is $225,000 - $300,000. For a car of this power and pedigree, that's a bargain.

Somehow manages to be cool and look like a pos kit car all at the same time. Intesting.

Embarrassing show of 'driving' in those film clips.

Good thing Ford is going to import the Transit to the USA soon. I see my sleeper garage project.

Good price for that. If I was rich...
