"This is a new kind of car."
"On every road you feel like you're on a racetrack."
"Direct response that exceeds your expectations."
"You don't fear stopping...because you know you can take off again."
"It deserves the M badge."
Okay, so it's not definitely the BMW X6 M550d, but it probably is. Consider that the X6 already has an M badge. What would they change to make it deserve it anew? Diesel makes the most sense in a completely nonsensical car.

M = Motorcycle.
It's powered by a supercharged 1200 BMW Boxer engine.

I still like the X6. It is kind of worthless but I love seeing one driving in the middle of a group of normal cars. It looks like Batman's Tumbler by comparison. I spent the day driving one and I lwas bummed when I had to give it back.

I just love the way x6 look and drive. Its not practical but if I want practicality, I can't buy anything but a minivan.

Top Gear totally panned the X6--I distinctly remember Jeremy excoriating the miserable AWD system.

Nice teaser, but IF anything comes out of the M division with a diesel in it, I'll bet it's a 5 series.

And folks made fun of Pontiac for the Aztec.
