"This is a shot at shuffling your way to 10,000 dollars!"
Let's just add this contest, as well as the above photo of the group LMFAO, to the big pile of things that happen on the internet that I just don't understand. The contest itself is simple enough: Submit a 60-second video of you dancing to "Party Rock Anthem," get enough votes on Kia's YouTube site and then win $10,000 AND the chance to dance on stage with LMFAO. I might pay $10,000 to not have to do that.
The promo video, hosted by LMFAO, as well as a random user submission are provided after the jump for your...enjoyment?
Warning: Watching people who can't dance try is extremely addictive. Continue with caution.

This is tangential, but i strongly dislike the LMAO / LMFAO acronyms. I've only ever seen them used derisively so to me they convey no joy but rather juvenile sneering, hatred and discord.
Don't know if the group is using super triple irony to subvert the paradigm or whatever, and their music is alright, but the word makes me cringe.
