2011 Frankfurt Auto Show: Citroen Tubik MPV Concept

Without doing a lot of in-depth market research, I'm just going to go out on a limb and say that there's probably not much consumer interest in a nine passenger, two (sliding) door, "lounge-style cocoon" rolling on low-rolling-resistance 22s with a leather floor. The all-wheel drive hybrid thing on an MPV, however, isnt' too big of a stretch.

There's no way this will ever come close to production, but we dig it and will bring you more from the show floor in Frankfurt.

A little bit smaller, but none the less the inspiration is there; leave it to Citroen to be this innovative and weird. Gotta love CV2s, Traction Avants, DS-19 & 21s. Brilliant from the practical weird and functional innovator.
