Royal Wedding. Kate Middleton and Prince William. Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Are you as tired of hearing these things over and over and over again as I am? Thought so, we'll keep this short.
After the Royal Wedding ceremony was over (sorry for being late on this, we were sleeping or working or doing virtually anything else) Will and Kate drove off in Prince Charles' Seychelles Blue Aston Martin DB6 Volante MkII convertible. Followed, of course, by a security detail.
Charles' Aston isn't new to anyone in the car world, as we saw it back in 2008 after it was converted to run on biofuel made from excess British wine.

This Aston is about the only thing I care about the Royal Wedding.
Also, Why are there "L-plates" on the Aston, aren't those for learners?

They are "learners" when it comes to marriage. A bit of Brit humor, I'd say.

I watched some of it on TV. It sure was well choreographed. Not a glitch that I could notice.

The learner plate was probably a well-played prank.
I personally celebrated the royal wedding by drinking a Sam Adams beer with dinner.

Nice car, although I don't get the hoopla over the wedding. I can see if you are one of the Queen's subjects, but 5 days worth of TV coverage?
