While shooting a Long Term introduction downtown the other day, we stumbled across a fairly large shooting location with some pretty nifty cars. So, like any good camera-armed bloggers would, we found the flimsiest fence around and took some shots.
The questions then are: What are these cars (answers-- and a badass 'Cuda-- after the jump) and what are they shooting? (Anyone know what WEIS armored trucks are from?)

Ahem... not thinking today. Lincoln... not T-bird.

The Lincoln reminds me of the custom Chrysler Imperial from the 70's horror movie The Car

Fantastic! Love the look of all of them. Clean, understated, modern, hot rod sleds.

As a lifetime Mopar guy who grew up in a Mopar family, I'd like to respectfully point out that the badass 'Cuda is in reality a Dodge Challenger. A 1971 Challenger, based on the grille. Back about 1976, I actually owned and drove a bright red 1971 Challenger, up until my brother borrowed the car and wrecked it after coming home from a night out.
Some cool pictures of some cool old cars. And, I was able to identify the make and model of the four old luxury rides before getting to the picture with the cars identification.

could you use a text/color that was any harder to read?

How could you guys ignore that sweet 1990s Chrylser Imperial peeking out from behind the trailer in shot number 3?
Kidding aside, that is one cool-looking group of vehicles - I'm having a hard time deciding which one I like best.

Our Mopar guy was on the fence. Said most likely 'Cuda, but with aftermarket front end, hard to tell. Want to present your case as to why he's an idiot?
(Got any pics of the '71 you want to send our way?)

@Mike Magrath
The other clue I failed to mention is that the car is sporting a Challenger R/T hood. Regular Challengers had a flat hod as did regular Barracudas. My former car was a base model with a 318 cu in and an R/T hood added by a previous owner. Third clue is the crease that runs from the nose to the rear and raises a bit in the rear quarter. That conclusively makes it a Challenger as 'Cudas did not have that crease.
Unable to locate a picture at the moment. Leaving for work shortly.

Maybe from the new Fast and Furious movie? The Challenger looks like something Vin Diesel (or whoever is in that film) would drive, while trying to rob an armored truck. Those Lincolns look bad-A though. That's a car I never would have thought about as a project car.

The 1970-74 Challengers and 'Cudas were not an example of what's known as badge engineering. Using Allpar.com as my reference, the Challenger was on a 2 inch longer wheelbase than the Barracudas. Have been told over the years that because of the differences in wheelbase, the two cars shared no exterior sheetmetal. Consequently, you can't use Challenger body parts in restoring a 'Cuda, and vice versa.
Also, I have no trouble acknowledging that at first glance, you can't tell for sure which Mopar that one is. Will also share that I live very close to where the MoparNationals is held every year. Some people still cruise Brice Road (Columbus) in the evening, but in recent years there is another cruise which is on on Route 79 thru Heath. And, last year the adjoining city of Newark extended the cruise to downtown Newark.
