With just a couple weeks to go until the premiere of the American Top Gear, the show's marketing folks were out in full force at SEMA. These exotic "taxis" were available for anyone who wanted a ride. They wouldn't actually take you anywhere, so their useful was marginal. But hey, when was the last time you got to ride in a yellow Rolls? Or a Rolls of any shade?

'Top Gear' PRIME is all about the relationship between the 3 different characters. The new show will have to earn its 'chops'. It won't happen overnite. Cheers for BBC America.......

I am excited. I've seen all of REAL Top Gear season 1 and it wasn't very good, and that has made my expectations for this show (along with the necessity of keeping advertising dollars so there will be less fun opinions) rather low. I'm still looking forward to it.

I think this is a great way to get promotion out on a vehicle, its not everyday you can get a ride in higher end vehicles that are bright yellow taxi colored or any color for the matter.

the rolls is the only one that looks like it could actually be a taxi, as expensive and badass luxury as it may be, I bet noone would look twice at it if...
a) they didnt know that it was an expensive rr
or
b) if it wasnt being followed by cars that were actually cool and required thought
in the exterior design.
