Video: Burnout Fail at Houston's Cars and Coffee

Ah, Cars and Coffee. It's where car guys go to look at cars, sip coffee and scarf donuts before the inevitability of Saturday chores begins. Sometimes, though, you have to get up so damned early to get a good parking spot that your reflexes get soggy.

We imagine that's what happened to this C6 Corvette owner when he attempted to make a grand exit by doing a burnout. The magic happens in the first 10 seconds.

"A man's gotta know his limitations" The only idiot is the guy (gotta be a guy, right?) driving the "Vette. The other drivers are part of the entertainment, and they seemed to know what they were doing. Probably illegal, but we only live once.

I don't consider this to be "smoky burnouts"-- which I don't like. This is just the ordinary showing off that young men have been doing for at least the last 60 years.
