I may have taken French for the better part of 6-years, but I have no idea how "Yeeeehawwww!" translates. Or maybe it doesn't. Maybe the exclamation of good ol' boys doesn't have a translation. No conjugation. Maybe it's memetic and universal.
All we know is that this truck rodeo is happening in French-Canadian Quebec and that it's seriously rad.
Oh, and we know that there are a bunch more after the jump.
( Thanks, again, to Josh for the hookup. Can't believe I hadn't seen this before! Want to see something on SL? Submissions (@) Edmunds.com )

"So much torque, the chassis twisted coming off the line..."
"So what's your best time?"
"I've never driven her?"
"Wha-? Why not?"
"Because she scares the out of me."

And that's why their frames are designed to flex. Otherwise, stuff would just break in half.

Impressive, yes, but what are the numbers here (0-60, hp/tq, total tow weight, cubic feet of exhaust, etc?). I'm assuming they are towing loads of the bygones of the USAs food industry, like ketchup chips, maple syrup and all that funky candy that you can't find any more.

Most interesting drag race I've seen in years. Love how the chassis twist off the line!!

Frame flex was jaw dropping. And here I thought I got some good flex out of my 1970 Olds, with its traditionally torque-heavy engine.
Those emissions were also jaw dropping. I think I just felt the earth cry a little.

Yeah so has anyone considered that those little yellow blocks, and that flimsy picket fence isn't gonna do much to stop those trucks from killing a few folks if one just happens to set its sights on a couple spectators.
Other than that little bit of real danger, and the coal plant quantity of pollution that's spewing from those pipes...I've gotta say, this sh*t is crazy! They need to take that extra weight off the back and really go for it!!
