As part of its 60th Anniversary in the United States, Porsche is giving away three all-expenses paid trips to the Porsche Sport Driving School in Birmingham, AL.
Don't pack your helmet quite yet, there's a catch. See, without passion, cars really are just a way to get from A to B. It's the enthusiasts that keep the Porsche motor running and whether a fan of new or old, if you've got a warehouse in NYC a-la Jerry Seinfeld or if you've just got a bunch of Hot Wheels on your desk a-la me, Porsche wants your story.
Car guys are nothing if not story tellers and all Porsche wants is 500 words which "exemplifies their unique passion for a specific Porsche car, an experience, or the brand as a whole."
Entries are accepted now through November 1, 2010 at which point, 20 entries will be uploaded for fans to vote on.
Submit your Porsche Passion story here. Don't have one? Make something up, it worked for Stephen Glass.

I'm very flattered, thanks, but our talented Scott Jacobs shot that. He rocks.

When will it be? I assume it'll be at Barber Motorsports Park. I live in Birmingham, and even though I have no story to submit, it'd be neat to see it take place.
