2011 Cadillac CTS-V Wagon Debuts in New York

cts-v-wagon-f34.jpg

We already know all the details on the 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon. It's just like the CTS-V sedan and CTS-V coupe except for the slightly bigger behind that pretends to add some measure of utility to the equation.

Actually, it's more like a really good excuse to buy the family a 556-horsepower Cadillac. That, and having a carpool vehicle that can lay stripes like a Cobra on slicks.

I still prefer the standard CTS grille to the CTS-V grille. The mesh grille makes the car look like it's trying to look "bling bling, y0!" It should be about performance, not bling.

I still can't stand the D-pillar on the CTS wagon either (ugly and poor visibility).

Other than those things, the car is sweet! I wouldn't turn one down if Maximum Bob gave me one!

I would actually pay money for that car. Thats more than I can say for most Cadillacs.

I love this car so much, I wish I had the money to buy it. I am curious why the exhaust tips are pointing towards the ground. I'd like them to point straight out back, but that's a minor complaint for a vehicle I'd otherwise die for.

This is crazy awsome, if I were shopping for a car in this price range I would probably end up getting one of these.

I would imagine that the USA is probably one of the worse markets to have to try and sell a 556hp station wagon in. As awsome as it is, GM will probably only end up selling, like, 10 of them.

If they offer 0% for 72 months on this and 8k off the sticker at some point, perhaps I'll trade in my sedan!

Indeed. You'd think that they would have learned that lesson from BMW:

Funny you mention that...

"Waste of taxpayer money."

Don't worry, our Dear Leader the Obamassiah is buying the first 100 Chevy Volts. It gives government efficiency a whole new meaning...
