Remember those 2011 CLS spy photos we showed you earlier today? Well, here's the concept car that will show you even more. It's officially called the Mercedes-Benz F800 Style and it will debut at the 2010 Geneva Auto Show.
As you can see, it's a dead ringer for the next-generation CLS. The gaping front end and exaggerated wheel arches may not make it to production, but the rest of the car looks fairly complete. One feature guaranteed not to make it to production is the F800's rear doors. They're sliders, not swingers and everybody knows sliding doors are for minivans right?
The other big news with the F800 is it's incorporation of two different electric drivetrains. One version of the F800 is a plug-in hybrid with a gas V6 mated to an over 100-hp electric motor. Mercedes says it can run up to 18 miles on electric power alone.
The other F800 is a pure electric powered by an on-board fuel cell. Obviously the fuel cell setup is a more experimental idea while the plug-in version is a variation on the hybrid system already deployed in the S400. Mercedes says to expect a production plug-in when the next-generation S-Class is introduced. More pics after the jump.

Sliding doors are cool, that steering wheel is not.

I can't say that I like this car; I can't stand to look at the front end- not that anyone cares.

Great doors. All 4 doors should have doors like this. Old school doors serve no purpose beyond tradition.

Wow. If this is anything like the new CLS, then okay I get it now.
