Luca is probably the best example of how important driver's skills are in this sport. This past season, when he took Massa's place, even driving one of the best cars on a track he kept staying behind scoring 0 points for the team.
The F60 is really amazing car I wander what changes will the team make to this car for the next season. Well.... a little more then two months left to see.

The F60 is an amazing car?! The car was rubbish, even Kimi admitted to that. I agree that Luca just isn't cut out for a spot on the grid but the car was at fault too. Look at Fisi who is at worst a mid-pack driver and in the F60 was at the absolute bottom like Luca was. The car had some improvements throughout the season but did not have the pace it ought to have. The past two seasons Kimi/Massa had a combined 17 pole positions. 2009? NONE. The car was the problem for Ferrari as well as losing Massa and hopefully Ferrari can work at making a car that can compete from the start of the season.

Although, it is hard for me to imagine Kimi complaining about something, particularly about his car;) I agree that Ferrari team had a terrible season but despite that they managed to get the 4th place in the construction standing. So I don't think that the word rubbish is the right description of F60. Kimi was a good F1 driver but he did not improve through out his career, this was the main reason why he was replaced by Alonso. The Ferrari engineers did the grate job improving the car during the season but none of the drivers could deliver the result the team deserved. The car that was rubbish this season - it was BMW f1.09 which was probably the slowest moving object on a track.

When you're talking about outright speed, Kimi is arguably the fastest driver on the track. Alonso is the best all-around driver which is why Kimi keeps getting booted out of teams for Alonso. Kimi this season showed an utter lack of interest in F1 and his laziness is what drove him out of the sport (and his greed I suppose). When he wants to be fast he shows he can be.
I agree the BMW F1 '09 car was cr@p but it did show some promise the final races of the year.
