First thing you want to do is buy yourself a facility like the GM Performance Build Center in Wixom, Michigan (Hint: It's going to help if you are a major international corporation). Then get yourself a bunch of really sweet machines and some good parts. Then all you have to do is bolt everything together. Done.

We actually built one of these monster motors a while back on a visit to Wixom and so let us now take the opportunity to apologize to the current owner of the ZR1 with that motor.
