Last year, Toyota turned a Tundra regular cab, short bed into a badass street sleeper. It made sense given that the Tundra has a pretty mean 5.7-liter V8 and the body configuration would make it the lightest Tundra possible.
This year, they took a Tundra (quite possibly the same one) and dressed it up as a hot rod, complete with flames and moon wheel caps. There's also a tuck-and-rolled bench seat and a wood paneled cargo bed.
We liked the first one better, much better.

If this were a Chevy or a Ford - maybe. And to me that's a big MAYBE this would have worked. But I don't think it would really have worked on either of the current platforms now running around. They are just too big, opulent and over wrought. A previous gen Silverado or F-150 might have pulled this off since they are less so, but I think a 90's gen GM truck would do it best. But in reality this style (especially the moon caps) belong on a 40's Ford.

I am an avid guitar player and I would NEVER EVER PUT MY FENDER BLUES AMP ON THE BACK OF A TRUCK. At bars i growl at people approaching my equipment with beer. That being said anyone noticing the gold knobs. sweet.
