2010 Detroit Auto Show Gonna Rock Down To...

Oh no! The organizers of the Detroit Auto Show, who it must be said have been workin' so hard like a soldier, announced today the creation of a 37,000 square-foot "Electric Avenue" electric-vehicle showcase for the 2010 event in January.

The exhibit, sponsored by Dow Chemical Company, will house about 20 vehicles, leaving no place to hang out our washing. Contrary to earlier reports, Electric Avenue will be contained entirely in Cobo Hall since down in the street there is violence an' an' and lots of work to be done.

Later, the organizers allegedly will "take it higher."
