Do we know what cars got accepted to challenge and who will be driving them?
I hope that GM picked teams that can compete with GM in money and effort that they will put into the challenge.

No one ever denied that the CTS-V is a fast vehicle. Its a shame that GM isn't aware of this fact. Its just a case of the annoying kid yelling loudly for attention.

Since he is in charge of marketing one would have to wonder why he would be "wasting" time on a marketing stunt. Good point. Why doesn't he dedicate himself to something more important than promoting GM's products?

I don't think this is wasting time. If he can beat out AMG and //M cars I think he might convert a lot of would-be German customers over to Cadillac.
