A reader named Lars H. sent this shot of a demolished Tesla to Autotopia, which is part of Wired. The Tesla collided with a VW Touareg and ironically a Toyota Prius. According to Lars the accident happened in Denmark.

The update in the article says that the prius rear-ended the Toureg and shoved it into the tesla... There is no way... unless that prius was going 100 mph and if it was, it looks pretty good!

The 11:00 pm update says the Prius rear ended the Tesla and shoved it under the Toureg. Given the low wedge shape of a Tesla I can see that.

3 car accidents is usually the middle car's fault.
The Tesla's at fault.
The 3rd car has no way of going fast enough to do that to the 2nd car.
the 2nd car, Tesla was going too fast, dived under the Toureg, and the Prius couldn't stop in time. That's why the Prius has such minor damage.
