Honda EV-N Concept at the 2009 Tokyo Auto Show

Honda says its new EV-N concept car, "with its rounded, simple, unadorned exterior makes friends easily."

We just think it's cute.

With a 78.6-inch wheelbase and an overall length of just 112.6 inches (nearly 3 feet shorter than a Mini Cooper), the EV-N is definitely designed to stay inside the city limits.

Powered by a lithium-ion battery pack that can be charged by solar power, the little four-passenger Honda also offers two built-in chargers for the Honda U3-X. The unicycle-esque "personal mobility device" looks like a cross between a barstool and a can opener.

Honda also showed the EV-Cub concept motorcyle and the EV-Monpal electric scooter concept alongside the EV-N and U3-X.

anybody know what the rear end on the right side of the photo is attached to? the tail lights and window curve don't look like anything i've seen yet.

It looks to be a white Honda FCX Clarity.
