Yes, a Ferrari theme park. What you thought those Italians would stop at Ferrari joysticks, Ferrari telescopes and a Challenge Stradale skateboard?
Due for completion next year, Ferrari World will be the largest indoor theme park in the world. It's also supposed to have the world's fastest roller coaster, but that hasn't been verified just yet. We'll have to wait until the official Ferrari radar gun comes out to check on that one.

I have to wonder why it's in Abu Dhabi. I realize there's a lot of money flowing through there and that the local government probably paid more than any other local government to have it there but I guess like owning a Ferrari, only the elite few can go to Ferrari World. What a bad name and it really does look like something that should be in District 10.

This is quite possibly the most gross use of money for excess that I have ever seen. But then so is everything over in that part of the world...thanks to us and all of those that consume so damn much oil!
