2010 Toyota 4Runner on the Rubicon

With the crossover frenzy in full effect these days, it's nice to see that Toyota spared the 4Runner from going soft. Recently unveiled at the Texas State Fair, the all-new 4Runner has even more off-road gadgets than any of its predecessors, so a trip to the infamous Rubicon trail was needed to see how well it all worked. See for yourself how it fared after the break.

There's more than one thing wrong with your small sentence there redliner, but most of all, NO your Rio could not do better, let alone even attempt the Rubicon.

One small sentence and I can't read.
redliner was joking. It's right there in fine print if I could read past six words. My bad. I'm going to have a drink now.

The video is very lackluster. Did the 4Runner make it through Rubicon? It had no problem through the puddle at the end but no word on whether it completed it or what time it achieved. Or did I miss something.

Well I answered my own question above...it took them 60 hours to go through Rubicon's 12-mile trail but apparently it did complete it.

Too bad the 4-Runner Trail doesn't come with those tires as standard.
