In celebration of Mini's 50th anniversary, one of the races at last weekend's 2009 Goodwood Revival consisted entirely of original Group 2 Mini Cooper S hatchbacks, all of which raced prior to 1966. Roger Phillips was among the racers in the 30-car grid, and he had a camera and Vbox mounted in his car. So you can get a feel for the sounds, sights and modest speeds of wheel-to-wheel racing in classic Minis.

GOSH hes slipping the clutch way to much on those shifts. Back off the throttle just a tad more. You're hitting the limiter and working her harder then she needs too, that's why the other coopers are possibly running faster. Nice heel-toeing too.
