Honda Crosstour Teased On Facebook

Are you a Honda fan? How about a fan of Honda's Facebook page? If so, you may already have seen these teaser images of the 2010 Honda Crosstour due out this fall.

In typical Honda fashion, they don't reveal much. In fact, the spy photos we've already posted show far more detail about this upcoming Accord hatchback-type thing. If anything, the release of these teaser shots is a good indicator that Honda is about to finally let loose with all the details.

What a waste of R&D dollars. Was anyone really clamoring for a Honda Outback? Why not just make AWD Accord wagon? Oh yeah, I forgot, wagons are cursed.

Besides it's not like the Venza is flying off Toyota's lots.

When I read "teased" in the headline I thought it meant people were making fun of it on Facebook, which makes sense. What an awkward vehicle - reminds me of an X6, which isn't a compliment.

What is the auto industry doing? Who's buying these pointless vechicles?

Looking at cars like the X6 and the Cayenne GTS hurts.

Ugly humpback Accord. Yeah.
The Accord is so ugly this is like kicking a fat kid when he's down.

Hmmm, being too niche specific never hurt anyone...riiggggggghhhhhhtttttt......this all began with MB CLS, and now the industry is trying to find the next big thing....Frankenstein is apparently their inspiration now a days.

I don't know who's going to be the victor in producing the most unattractive crossovers, BMW or Honda/Acura. These 3 (2.5 actually as Honda has Acura by the nuts) companies are so alike in so many ways its almost as if they were separated at birth.

I hope the new headlight design makes it to all Accords. Looks much better than the current ones and the projector beam design may mean a HID option.

The Crosstour makes the Venza look like a stunning design. Why of why would anybody want something this ugly and which has little practicality? I agree that it should be "teased".

That's sexy!

Sexy in the same way a 311-lb woman in a tutu is sexy.

No thanks. Please choose whether it is a wagon or an SUV. I am done with these bloated CUV's.

A much better choice would be the Accord Tourer (thanks to a poster at The Truth About Cars site for the link):

I buy Hondas, not based on their looks, but this one?? NO WAY! It is BUTTTTTT UGLYYYYY! I wouldn't be caught dead in this thing! Why not the Euorpean version of the Accord wagon?? Now that's one good looking car. It makes the passable-looking current Accord sedan (which I own) a handsome car plus much more functional due to its more conventional design. I hate to say this about my beloved Hondas, but the American cars are now getting much more attractive... visually for sure and I think reliability-wise as well. Sorry to say it... Watch out Honda.
