there's something not right about those pictures... oh, it's the sedan and suv in a porsche factory. that's fundamentally wrong on every level.

I like it.

Since Porsche didn't deign to bring the cars to the US auto shows, I haven't actually seen it and can therefore not offer a meaningful opinion.

See that second worker in the first image? Look closely. He's in charge of installing the ugly. :)

Imagine if ferrari made a stretched 4-door F430. Hah. That would be hilarious. The Panamera is slowly growing less offensive to me, though. I've almost come to accept it.

although they said it's not going to happen...
they'd just let Maserati do all the dirty work.

Needs more swoop...the windowsill-line from front to rear fender is straight!
I guess it's ok. I'm not going to buy one.

The back end of the panamera is a mess. so is the name.

I think it is rather nice looking in that first photo in white. But a 4-door Porsche seems as heretical as a 4-door 'Vette or Ferrari! WHY?!? But then, there is no SUV 'Vette or Ferrari and that ugly Cayanne is all over the place.

I think it's a pretty car and I can't wait to see one in the flesh.

I'm perfectly fine with the Panamera. I am NOT fine with the Cayenne.

I like the Panamera. I do not like the Cayenne
estreka said it perfectly.
The Panamera is HOT. It's not perfect like a 911, but it's got curves allright.

I actually like it. For those who DONT understand why Porsche went outside the box with this one...it more than likely will appeal to more consumers (being a sedan) and it will probably help keep the lights on at Porsche (like the Cayenne).
I actually like it as I prefer "different" vehicles over the usual mainstream vanilla boxes.

The first white Panamera is nice but it will change once the camera moves back a bit, but there is no doubt that picture does make it look nice.
