Here's your chance to own the "most collectible and valuable of all the 789s built," says n2a, the California design and engineering company that built it. Blending elements from '57, '58 and '59 Chevys, the 789 is build on a sixth-generation Corvette chassis and powered by an LS2 V8.
There's nothing about this car that appeals to us, but it's doing well on Ebay so far. Current bidding is up to $75,000. Then again, n2a charges $135,000 if you just order one, so maybe the market isn't quite as robust as the company had hoped.

There are MUCH better cars that could be bought for $135,000. You could buy a real collectible, or buy a lot of cars that have much better performance numbers. Why would someone ruin a Corvette to make this POS?

I'm sorry but it just looks like a collection of parts from different cars stuck together.
It looks awkward.

I like the front end, minus the hood rockets. I never liked those horizontal fins!

Seems to me it's the answer to a question no one asked.
Hey, it's a hybrid, since it's a collection of three different styles.
I always thought the back end of the '59 Chevy was pretty weird looking, and seeing this one confirms it once more.

That thing's an abortion. Just take it out back and shoot it.

I wonder what Jeremy Clarkson would do with it.

Jesus, that's the most hideous think I've seen in a long time! Won't be long before n2a asks for and gets a bailout!
