I watched this on Youtube sometime ago and just happened to have a garden tractor tire that had recently become unseated, as well as some time to kill...=)
It works, but it takes some skill (practice) to do it reliably.

What fuel is used here? I am not understanding what I saw, exactly. Is the second guy filling the tire after it has been seated?
