New Features and New Price for 2010 Nissan GT-R

In addition to a reprogrammed transmission, the 2010 Nissan GT-R will get a handful of additional upgrades and a slightly higher price. Base GT-R's will now go for $81,790 including destination while the Premium model will run you $84,040.

Upgrades for the 2010 model include:

-    485 horsepower (up 5 horsepower from MY 2009).
-    Standard side seat and head curtain airbags on all models.
-    Redesigned shocks with revised damper rates.
-    New wheel finishes and Nissan branded brake calipers.

Are the brakes still Brembos, Ed?

I noticed R&T's full test of the new Z said that car uses Akebono brake calipers.

Did Nissan switch suppliers or just change the labeling a la MY2004-2007 STi/STI to MY2008+ STI?
