That thing fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.

Ick. It looks like Chevy is pulling a Nissan and taking an attractive basic form, but making it hideous in the details (I personally can't stand the altima, z, or maxima). It looks great from the side, great front and rear windshield, but absolutely hideous front and rear. I hope this isn't anywhere near the final design for the next corvette. Maybe its just me?

It doesn't appeal to me, but I think it is a handsome product. I like the profile in particular, especially the windows.

It's an interesting design exercise, but I doubt it'll have much production potential. The current C6 already has outrageously bulbous fenders.

I like it. Especially the rear, and the greenhouse.

I think it's a great modern-day interpretation of the original '63 Stingray.

The concept is beautiful in profile, but some of the details don't work for me. The front of a car is like a face, and to me this concept's "face" looks like that of a smiling kid with braces and dimples.

Looks very good-what the vette needs as the current car is lacking in presence. I am not sure if I like the front grille resemblence to Caddilac-although that is probably the direction GM needs to go-pare down the company to Caddy and Chevy ala Lexus and Toyota, with the Chevy getting the Caddy frame & engines but without the luxury.

I had a 65 Vette and loved it. It's 2009 and GM has hopefully moved on. After looking at this new Vette, I wonder if the Government made GM fire their Corvette design engineers since they are now in charge.

Me likey. The only thing that bothers me is those four odd looking exhaust pipes in the back. They should have done them in pairs coming from the outer sides of the rear a la BMW M cars. Otherwise a cool looking car. Michael Bay messed up on the name though. This guy should have been Tracks since he was a Stingray in the original G1 Transformer cartoon. Sideswipe should have been a Gallardo or something since he was originally a Countach.

Anyone with a mullet will love this thing. I think it is terrible looking and reminiscent of some of the worst Vettes from the 70s.

The grill is ugly with a funny looking "smile."

This design reminds me of the new camaro.

Cadillacs and Vettes need new designers.

i really want to know who it is that i can talk to about the design of this car i have a few ideas i really think he would want to know, i think i can make this corvette fullfilling for every one. i just need to be pointed in the right direction as in who to show it to.

You know its funny how everyone wants something NEW something MODERN and then when someone goes out and does it.... those same people complain how they liked the old ways the old cars. This is a great Revision of the old stingrays and its a modern look at what it should look. if you take out what makes this car distinct and original then what do you have ???? Honestly i love this car in every way for what it is. it has ORIGINALITY written all over it and to me that's what makes a great sports car something that looks like its own entity. As for the current corvette i am getting sick of looking at it for so long its about time they stirred it up.

I LOVE it. Great shape and design.
Plan to be one of the first to own one. Make mine a fire engine red.

Like some of the others - I am absolutely blown away by this concept beauty. I will always remember as a high school sophmore - standing outside the showroom window looking (and drooling!!) at the first 1963 StingRay and wishing that one day I could afford one. I never did, but IF I ever could justify letting go of $100k (plus!) for a frivilous sports car - THIS 'Vette would be the one,,, hands down IMO the most beautiful sports car America or any country have ever conceived. America would once again make a world wide statement if GM decide they can afford to put this into production on a VERY limited basis. Ed's last comment in the video says it best I think - "THIS is PURE StingRay".
