Audi A6 Super Bowl Commercial "Chase" Out Early

thought it looked like this A6 has LED's -- is that the "play dress-up" S-Line, or is it available in "lesser" trims ...?

pretty lame.

Fan of Audi and Jason Statham, but that ad kinda blew.

Statham is so hit and miss with his movies. Apparently he is with his commercials, too.

With more of these commercials appearing on Youtube before the Super Bowl, will they even be as big of a deal when they're aired on Sunday, since many people will have already seen them?

That was a terrible commercial. I was expecting a great chase because of all the hype about this commercial.

This looks like a really poor attempt to copy those BMW movies from the late 1990s early 2000s.
The best one was with Clive Owen driving Madonna in the BMW M5. It was called "Star"

So if I'm shopping for either a very old BMW, an equally decrepit Mercedes Benz or a brand new A6 they are telling me that the A6 would be the best choice.

Great use of $3,000,000 Audi.....
and just imagine how much the ad guys got paid for coming up with that idea.

I think Hyundai has a better idea. Let us make the commercial:

I kinda liked it. With the stoic 70s Benz understeering off into the fruit cart, the 80s BMW powersteering off a "cliff" and the modern Audi showing the best of both.

Thumbs up.

During the game, the ad was longer...no '70s Trans Am shot and no Lexus shot in this version. And he was driving a Tahoe before we got to the Audi, too...it run through a whole bunch of movie cliches to good effect.
