Subaru-Toyota RWD sports coupe delayed

It looks like the RWD Subaru-Toyota sports coupe will be arriving later than expected. Originally scheduled to debut around the end of 2011, it now looks like that will occur sometime after 2012. Once again, the lousy economic climate is the problem.

It's a small niche anyway, made smaller by the economy. The Genesis coupe will sop up any remaining market share.

Nooooo. You mean I have to wait until 2012 to get my Toyota coupe? But my life goal has always been to have a "sporty" car without an ounce of personality and monthly recalls and major mechanical failures. What a sad day.

Oh, sorry. I forgot about the Solara. That just proves how forgettable it is. I thought they were going to be discontinued, but maybe not.
