Nissan finally unveiled their NV2500 van concept. As you might expect, it has a bunch of new ideas that are sure to appeal to the commercial truck customer. It's based off the Nissan Titan pickup, and has a 147.6-inch wheelbase. With the front passenger seat folded, it can carry objects 10.5 feet long. How many of these great ideas (note all the power outlets!) will be green-lighted for production is anyone's guess.

This will finally kill the Econoline.

Nissan would have to be very aggressive in pricing to make a dent in Econoline sales.
Commercial fleet operators and trademen look for 3 things... cheap, rugged and useful.
It does look useful but I'm not sure if the interior volume will match the Econoline. Rugged is a question mark judging by some of Nissans latest efforts and the biggest one.. price ... it will be very hard to beat an aggressive and more experienced Ford.
