Chrysler LLC disassembly sure to follow

Chrysler logo disappear- 555.jpg

Despite the just announced bailout loan, a Chrysler LLC disassembly is pretty much a given. This is no surprise. In fact, Straightline reported on that possibility recently (Government aid won't save Chysler). Now AutoObserver has more on that possibility.

Then why did I, the taxpayer, just give Chrysler an Xmas bonus?

Yeah, I'd like to know the same...

Also, how can the same people who first recognized that Chrysler most likely wouldn't survive (with or without a bailout) still be for the "loan" to said company? That makes absolutely no sense.

One can only ask retrospectively, why did their products suck so bad.
Even full blooded Americans can't help but note the Dodge Ram has the crappiest interior.

Funny you say that, as the Ram now has the nicest interior of the brand- and possibly in its class. If (looks like "when" now) Chrysler is broken off, this will be one of the few vehicles that can survive.

oh no's. I've been screaming about this forever now.

Yet edmunds editors and accounts keep pushing for these 'bailouts'. GM and Chrysler are money pits, and the word 'loan' is generous.
