Everyone is sitting on pins and needles as Bush and his people review the details of the proposed auto bailout loan. Whatever they end up with, the money will be coming from the remainder of what's left from the TARP funds.
"I think all the signals coming from the White House are that they know bankruptcy is not an option, and that TARP funds are the only recourse they have," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Monday.
