Blue Man Group's Prius tease

The new 2010 Toyota Prius will debut shortly at the NAIAS, a show that appears to be heading south this year. So to help spark a little interest in the show, as well as the car, Toyota has engaged the super-cool Blue Man Group to tease you with a video until the introduction takes place.

Neat video but the music is all wrong for the Blue Man group.

They should be finding parts of the car to drum on and sound more like this.

So exactly whats so "new" about this new Prius. The interior looks much better, but the exterior is still... um, unique.

The new Prius appears to have a plethora of gadgets and gismos. That said, I'm still looking forward to the Honda Insight more. :o)

Suby, I have to agree with you regarding the Insight and that has nothing to do with me being a Honda enthusiast. The Insight should drive better or at least be more entertaining to drive vs the Prius.

I will amdmit however admiring Toyota for offering some "premium" features on the Prius unlike the "one size fits all" approach Honda just cant seem to shake. Id like to see actual options or option packages for the Insight. HID, LED, premium sound ETC ETC.

Regarding music, the chorus of the song, What is Love, by Haddaway would have been perfect at 2:15 through 2:25.

ummm...
I don't get something
Is the plug at the beginning supposed to be a hint at plug-in hybrid?

I know the Prius crew was working on it....but I thought that was like 2012....

I played it in my head as I saw the blue men bobbing their heads.
