I was probably only 10 at the time, but I remember when the Aztek was available with a tent option... and I thought WTF.... who wants a tent mounted onto their car? Wouldn't you rather have a higher quality, lower priced regular tent? That you could keep when you sold your car? That you could use, say, walking distance from your car for actual camping?
Yes, for those who consider sleeping in a walmart parking lot camping, this sure is great. For those who walk at least 50 feet from their car, well you get out of camping what you put into it.
