My votes are in.

Honestly I think previous lists have been better. For many questions no choice really stood out to me.

Some of the choices were bewildering. A bread and butter Honda Accord competing against a MB GL450 and Audi Q7? The Toyota Tacoma is both under and over $30k? And it seemed like the Mini Cooper made every other category.

It was hard to vote for the accord... The Odyssey is the best family hauler... The Acadia was better in the next category... Where were the Compact Vehicle Only class with the Civic, Jetta, Mazda3 The midsize sedan with the VW Passat, Honda Accord, Nissan Altima, etc? Everything was just grouped under family and commuter! It made it really difficult to pick a clear winner

I voted anyways but I think the categories Need a Do-over!

Some really strange groupings here.

I would have chosen differently if I had known "speed" was the only description used for a fun car.

And how do you compare a $31K sports car with a $100K+ sports car?

The Audi R8 was in half the categories, competing against cars small and large, cheap and expensive.
Strange categorizations.

No doubt the R8, since it is in half the categories, will take the show.

"There are 15 categories organized according to vehicle type and price range. "

I really didnt think so. I remember one category had an S65 AMG and a CTS, guess which one I chose.

Yeah, I think a better price grouping would be under $50K and $50K+. I tried to vote on which car in each category was the best value, giving the most satisfaction per dollar.

Agreed. I posted comments as such in a few categories too. Especially ones where obvious choices were left off, and ones where there were no real choices that seemed to properly fit the description of the category.

seriously, which is the better car... a $30k car or a $130k car?

Or at least a three-tiered approach...

Best sports car under 30, under 50, any price.

Best commuter under 20, under 30, unlimited.

Best Family hauler under 25, under 35, unlimited.

I think bepperb has a good approach to the categories. They were oddly categorized!
