Hurray for Hollywood Cars and Stars
It was glitz and glamour on the red carpet Saturday night, March 1st at the Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course’s Red Carpet Celebration of their grand opening. On hand to welcome guests to the Red Carpet was the “queen of the crimson”—the one and only Joan Rivers! Joan Rivers and other celebrity look alike characters—Marilyn Monroe, Robert DiNero, Johnny Depp, to name a few—arrived in style chauffeured by antique automobiles provided by the AACA Museum. The cars, which dated from the 1930’s to the 1970’s, delivered their celebrity passengers in high style. More info here .

Women Take the Wheel
The windshield wiper and the turning signal both were inventions of women. From those very first inventions to the stunt car drivers of today—all have paved some new road for women in the automotive industry. In honor of all those women who pioneered through early automotive history, the Antique Auto Museum at Hershey is celebrating their achievements during March as part of Women’s History Month.

So for those in the area with a fondness for classic cars, spring looks to be a fun time to visit this neat part of Pennsylvania.
