A supercar from Spain? Apparently so. GTA, a player in F3 motorsports, is planning on offering a 700 hp V10 mid-mounted engine in a street car, hoping to attract a global audience. Well, that should open some eyes, for sure...
It will come with a sequential six-speed gearbox, a carbon fiber/titanium
chassis, and is expected to have an estimated top speed of more than 340km/h (211mph).
My memory may be a bit rusty here, but the last I recall Spain offering a truly high performance sports car was back in the early 1950s, with the Pegaso (here).

Due to the opinion of the Spanish and many others in the "Second World" I would have to urge anyone of African descent or anyone of good taste for that matter to avoid purchasing so much as a drop of Sangria much less a Spanish SPorts car. The radio probably plays racists taunts. Give me a Vette any day at least rednecks will not hide up in the stands to taunt you they'll do it to your face.

I'm sure you have a good reason for your opinion but I can't support the blaming of a whole people for the actions of a few or a government.
One only has to look to the world opinion of the US right now and compare it to how many really good Americans there are to show how wrong it is.

Hi I´m a Spanish reader that I can´t believe how someone (gwyze) can say that things. I do not know the level of knowledge that gwyze has the culture and lifestyle in Spain but my only hope is believing that there are more "firstwagons" than "gwyzes" in United States.
Dear gwyze I invite you to know more about us and our country. You will be allways wellcome. About the car next April 29 will be launch in the Valencia City of arts and science. The GTA car is a superb spotscar result of the hard work of the crew of GTA please keep you informed and get a founded opinion. Believe me I don´t say you that because is a Spanish car, for professional reasons I have been lucky to see the progress of the project and I really think that this is a great sports car.
