2008 Detroit Auto Show: 2009 Nissan GT-R

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Here's an example of how fickle the world's automotive press can be. At the Tokyo and the LA Auto Shows the crowd around the Nissan GT-R was 10 deep from the moment the show opened every morning until the cleaning crew brought in the vacuums.

Well, less crowds mean a better oppurtunity to check out the car and take pictures of it.

For the journalists, the GT-R has been in every magazine multiple times, with just about every aspect covered, except comparison tests.

The public auto show doesn't open until January 19th. Then it will be swamped.
