The VentureOne 3-Wheeled Hybrid Vehicle

Sort of a super eco-tech version of the Carver tilting vehicle , the VentureOne 3-wheeled hybrid vehicle looks like a ton of fun. It has a top speed of about 100 mph, and can get 100 mpg. Initial models will come with a flex-fuel engine, with a plug-in electric model to come a bit later. It's expected to reach market sometime in 2009

Very cool.

I wonder if it's considered a car or a motorbike. Can't see how it would meet crash tests if it were classed as a car but no one is wearing a helmet so it can't be a bike.
