It's just been announced that Prodrive USA will be closing at the end of the year. A statement by Dan Antonielli of Prodrive USA can be found here over at NASIOC in a discussion thread about this news.
Keep in mind this only affects the US operation. Prodrive UK is still very much alive...

Wonder why.
They now own Aston Martin, so maybe they feel like they should focus on that rather than being just another aftermarket parts supplier.
