Now that the UAW, GM, and Chrysler are old news, Ford is now front and center. Unlike the other domestic automakers, Ford is proposing bonuses that are tied to the company's performance to be a part of the settlement package.

No, why should it? They'll at least appease the UAW initially with this because it's different than what GM and Chrysler is offering. It'll eventually become old to the Union and new deals will have to be made to keep them happy. It's a vicious cycle.
