Slightly used Porsche 911 Turbo. And I think posting a pic of a 500k+ Mclaren is just a bit over the limit you've given.

Ms. DeRosa said "$100,000 or more." To me that means anything from an XLR-V to a Veyron.
Personally I'd want 575 Superamerica.

I would get a Subaru Impreza WRC rally car just like Petter Solberg's! :o) A Formula 1 car would be cool too!
Did you know a sequential gearbox from a WRC rally car itself costs over $100,000? For what it's worth, a F1 car's steering wheel alone costs more than $30k.

I'd have something custom built.
Beyond that, I'd consider a 959 or a gullwing Mercedes.

Id choose one or more or all these.....
Ford GT w/ twin turbo conversion ( Hayabusa who?)
Honda NSX-R (finesse and poise of the Italians w/out the reliability issues and rediculous maintenence)
Ferarri F40 ( its an F40, enough said)
Ferarri 360 Challenge Stradale (hard core Ferrari that screams)
Ferarri F430 ( a 360 with a deeper voice and more torque)
Ferarri 599 GTB ( classic Ferrari V12 GT)
Porsche GT3 RS ( perfect example of evolutionary refinement)
Porsche Carerra GT (I'd buy one for the exhaust note alone)
Mercedes S65 AMG ( the wife and I could take her or my parents to dinner while making a Corvette driver very insecure)

I can't believe it... I don't have a dream car. There are exotics I certainly like a lot, but... I'm just not feeling it. I think I killed my inner child already.

see, this is assuming that you have the money to also maintain such a car... so i'll go with 2 scenarios. one that assumes i can and the other would be if i couldn't and had what i have currently.
afford maintenance/upkeep: Ferrari F430 Scuderia or Maserati GranTurismo
current (had over $100k to burn first but have my current resources for upkeep): I'd buy either a Lotus Exige S or a Cayman S and MOD IT. Yes, MOD IT. :) Heck, at least I have connections to help with either. :)

BTW. My all-time favorite car has always been the McLaren F1. ;) For affordable favorite car, the Prodrive P1 (Impreza).

A 911 seems fine. If i had my druthers it'd be the GT2. The R8 would probably make a more civil car to live with daily but the GT2 is pretty much the bomb.

Old skool Benz 600 long wheel base. And Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

I think I would choose 5 cool used cars of completely different types rather then 1 for $100,000. What I want to drive changes daily with what mood I'm in and what I'm doing that day.
Working of the list of what the 5 would be....

"...or more"? Hm. She didn't say it had to be new: 1963 Ferrari 250GTO, Alfa Romeo 8c2900
She didn't say it had to be street legal, either: Lotus 79, Mazda 787b, Porsche 917

roar, be careful what you wish for. You just might end up with a Maserati BiTrouble. Er, I mean Biturbo. With carbs and catalysts, no less :-)

Kia Rondo.
Other than that, 1965 Aston Martin DB5 in Silver Birch.

A Carrera GT of course. This question pops into my head often. So, you all can be assured that a Carrera GT IS the best choice. Here's a game I play when I get stuck at a red light: Of all the cars that cross the intersection, which one would I trade up to? You have to choose it when you see it. And, if you make a mistake, too bad. You'll be driving that imaginary Escalade until the next intersection.

Of course, the more I look at that Veyron...
