Dealerships get 2 types of ratings: Sales and Service.
Sales - score in up to 5 areas Sales Associate, Vehicle Inventory, Finance Dept, Trade-in Process, Buying Process.
Service - score in up to 5 areas Quality of Work, Parts Availability, Price, Waiting Area, Shuttle or Loaner.
Dealer Ratings & Reviews can be found in two ways.

What a great idea! Not all car dealerships are created equal, and the trouble is that you generally never know what your buying experience is going to be like until it's too late. This will be a helpful advisor on where to go and may push dealerships with poor rankings to improve their acts.
