As many of you who have been following Staightline know, every now and then you would see a post sub-titled Industry Observer
with Michelle Krebs' name at the bottom. The way it worked was that Michelle would feed me stories to blog on, and I would then post them giving her credit for the blog entry. Well, that's all changed... Michelle is now heading up Edmunds latest in-house web site called AutoObserver.com ...
