When the highlight of your press conference is a dump truck full of chips, you've got a problem. Then again, when all you have to show is a lightly restyled 2008 Dodge Dakota, offering up massive amounts of junk food can't hurt. The rest of the press conference was used to highlight the details of Dodge's new heavy-duty chassis cab trucks and how to "upfit" them. We would venture to guess that few of those in attendance know what a chassis cab truck is, let alone why you would want to upfit one...

This has Ranger written all over it. And I don't mean styling.

I don't think Toyota, Nissan or Honda have anything to worry about.

Exterior: ugly and looks like a pig.
Interior: Plastic cheapness written all over it.
The update actually looks older.

Terrible. They put goggles on it.
It's just like the new Saab 9-5. A big step down in styling.

I want what they are smokin'! It has to be damn good to have the balls to push this to the public. They should have saved the development money on the exterior as going "retro" in this segment is "going samurai". At least the interior is improved.. lol At least the Colorado has style going for it.
