Scoop!
Finally, finally, finally, the Dodge Magnum SRT-8 hotrod station wagon gets the hood scoop that it has been denied (and has so richly deserved) all these years. The Charger SRT-8, with the same 425 hp 6.1-liter Hemi V8 as the Magnum, has had a hood scoop since its introduction. Does the hood scoop add any more horsepower? No sir, it does not...

Whoa! That front end looks......cute? Why did they do that? That's not an improvement! And no hood scoop compensates for less aggressive grille.

I like the smaller grill. The oversized trademark Dodge grill was getting to look dated.

Well it's a lot better looking than that homely-looking Avenger. Like Ford, Chrysler looks like they're reaching back into their past designs of the early 80's. Not a good time to reach back to.

How do you see K-car in that?

Shows how people have different tastes -- good thing there isn't just one car manufacturer or one model.
I like both the Avenger and the updated Magnum. Only thing is, looking at the front of this Magnum long enough and it seems to bear some resemblance to one of the past Mustang models in the front. Kinda-sorta.

The Avenger is a major improvement over the Stratus, which was looking really dated. Yes, there is some K-Car design in the front of the '08 Magnum. The front fascia reminds me of a '92 or '93 Dodge Spirit ES, which was the K platform successor to the Aries.

I love it! You should see the side profile.
I like the headlights, the reduced grille and the color.
The scoop should be a little less stylized.
It looks great overall, and I hope they sell a whole lot.

After all the magnums years on the market, It still sounds weird to hear hot rod and station wagon togather! Sames go for AMG-E-class-wagon

It looks a lot more meaner and better than the previous version that was "rounded" looking. I wanna see the back.

lederhosen the back is for the most part unchanged. I agree with you that this refreshed version does look meaner and more bold. Although I gotta say the headlights look they came form a Tahoe.

wow much more bolder it has that look that says I'm going to Kill the competition. That look will only work on the SRT version the other versions would not look as good

One sinister looking wagon and it’s not just about the color. The exterior appeal of the Magnum SRT8 is charming and compelling. It is also equipped with newly improve headlights, dodge exhaust, grille and other accessories making it more attractive. This would surely catch an eye especially those who loves wagon.
