Here's an interesting read for a lazy Saturday or Sunday. It's about all the blog sites that have more or less become "policing agents" if you will, on any number of topics; and yes, on the subject of cars and their drivers too, which is why I'm posting it. Chris Roth, who drives a Benz with a license tag "IDRIVFAST," has been singled out in that there have been a number of posters over on the PlateWire blog complaining about him and his driving habits. Now one could easily make the argument that he was just asking for it by being cute with his vanity tag...

Oh, in keeping with the lazy weekend theme here—GO RAVENS!

So how'd those Ravens work out for ya? ;-) Go Colts!
This is absurd. No one has the right to tell me how to drive unless I am driving recklessly. It's proof that every ninny and activist has taken the law into their own hands.

It was a bad day for Baltimore. To many Baltimoreans this was an epic grudge match—as important as the Super Bowl—if not more important. A lot of folks can't forget how Colt's owner Bob Irsay snuck the team out of Baltimore in a Mayflower moving van on a snowy night in 1984 to avoid media attention, and moved them to Indy. Old man Irsay passed away some time ago, but even so, many Baltimore ex-Colt fans won't forget—or forgive. To them it's like a an open sore that just won't heal.I do have a lot of respect for Payton Manning though, and I do hope the Colts win the Super Bowl.

The problem with those sites like PlateWire is anyone with a grudge can
post even if the other driver was totally innocent. So if I don't like
my next-door neighbor or a co-worker, I can just post a fictitious
"incident" about their bad driving, complete with their license number.
Stupid website.
